SSH Architecture has provided services to individuals, commercial developers, and government entities in eight states since 1984. Perennial Homes
SSH Perrenial Homes combines the services of Architecture and Construction Management with Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS) and Generotology education to provide families with a professional source to renovate their homes. These renovations can be as simple as improving mobility and safety in existing homes to additions and new homes.

Construction Management
SSH Construction Management has constructed tens of millions of dollars of restaurants, schools, religious structures, multi-family apartments, and government facilities in Lincoln and surrounding areas. Major functions include: cost estimating, project budgeting, existing building evaluation, scheduling, bid packaging, on-site management, and construction administration.
