Legacy Esates houses 203 units, 40 of which are assisted living units and 163 one and two bedroom independent living units.  The two-story main entry contains a reception desk, lounge space, and a unique display room for vintage automobiles.  Legacy Estates purpose is to create an assisted living community, featuring a central circlation "Main Street" with an ice cream parlor, barber/beauty shop, bank, post office, sidewalk cafe, and display cases.  Amenities include a formal dining room and kitchen, theater, multi-purpose room, underground parking, and landscaped courtyards.
