The Wahoo Readiness Center Roof Replacement project addressed existing roof deficiencies through a more durable and effective roof design. The team evaluated the building’s existing conditions and developed improvements focused on long-term performance, weather resistance, drainage, and overall protection of the facility.

The design approach prioritized practical solutions that would extend the service life of the building while reducing future maintenance concerns. The project was completed with design concurrence from the State of Nebraska Task Force 309, reflecting a coordinated review process and compliance with applicable project requirements.

This work demonstrates the team’s ability to support public-sector facilities through thoughtful evaluation, improved building envelope design, and targeted facility upgrades that respond to both current conditions and long-term operational needs.
