The Vital Services renovation transformed the existing northeast corner of the building into a new HCBS setting designed to support physical and occupational therapy services. The updated space includes a PT/OT exercise area, lounge with kitchenette, nurses office, exam room, and new restrooms, creating a more functional environment for care, therapy, and daily use.

Improvements included new high windows along the exterior wall, updated plumbing services and fixtures, new sanitary service, and a new rooftop mechanical unit with reworked ductwork to serve the renovated area. Electrical systems were also modified to support new fixtures, circuits, and equipment needs.

The project also included new finishes in the adjacent existing corridor, helping integrate the renovated space with the surrounding facility. The completed work provides a refreshed, purpose-built environment that better supports client care, staff operations, and long-term facility performance.
